Is Campus Mart free to use?

Yes! Creating an account, browsing products, and listing items is completely free for all students and community members.

Who can use Campus Mart?

Campus Mart is designed for OOU students, staff, and the surrounding community. However, anyone can browse listings.

Buying & Selling

How do I contact a seller?

You can message a seller directly through the platform by clicking the "Message Seller" button on any product page. You must be logged in to send messages.

How do I list an item?

Once logged in, click the "List New Product" button in your dashboard or the header. Fill in the details, upload photos, and your item will be live instantly.

Can I edit my listing?

Yes, you can edit or delete your listings at any time from your Dashboard under "My Listings".

Account & Safety

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password". Follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

How do I report a suspicious user or item?

Use the "Report" button found on every product page and user profile. Our team reviews all reports promptly.
